Conference Registration and Hotel Room Reservation

Registration fees (see below) include access to all meals, sessions and special events. Conference attendees must submit the total conference registration fee along with their registration application.

Attendees are discouraged from registering on-site, but there may be space for a limited number of registrants on a first come, first served basis. On-site registration for the IDF Youth Program will not be available.

The IDF Youth Program is exclusively for children and teens diagnosed with a PI or who have an immediate family member with PI. Registration for IDF Youth Program cost for Friday and Saturday is $60 per child. If you are interested in having your child participate in the IDF Youth Program, you will need to mark the appropriate box on the online registration form. The name and age of each child is required. Once you have registered for the Conference, you will also need to complete the Accent on Arrangements registration form for each child, which is available on the Youth Program link at the top of the page, or at the bottom of this page.

Once you begin the conference registration process, you will be asked to make your hotel room reservations as well. Reservations are available for the conference nights (Wednesday, June 14, 2017 through Saturday, June 17, 2017) at a group room rate of $194 + tax for single/double occupancy. Maximum capacity is four (4) adults per room. The conference is being held at the Anaheim Marriott, 700 West Convention Way, Anaheim, California 92802.

In order to assure your guest room is booked for the IDF 2017 National Conference, you must register and make your reservations prior to Monday, May 22, 2017.

Day rates are available for the IDF 2017 National Conference. These rates are available per day for each day of the conference and include breakfast, lunch and all of the sessions. Tickets are not inclusive of the Friday Night Zebra Gala, Saturday IDF Night at Disney or the Youth Program. Day rate registrations must be made by Monday, May 22, 2017. When registering for the day rate, please select Day Rate under Registration Category.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration for the IDF 2017 National Conference, you must submit your request in writing prior to Monday, May 22, 2017. All fees, less a $50 administrative charge will be refunded if a written request is received before the May 22 deadline. After May 23, 2017, no refunds will be issued.

IDF Youth Program

The IDF Youth Program offers exciting events for children and teens attending the conference. There are educational sessions, fun activities and time to get to know each other in the PI community. An off-site trip for ages 5-18, to Discovery Cube, Orange County is planned for Saturday. Childcare services will be provided for the younger children by Accent on Arrangements, a childcare company that provides high quality children and youth services for special events and conferences.
