IDF 2017 National Conference
Special Chronic Granulomatous Disease (CGD) Symposium

June 15-16, 2017

There will be a special symposium for individuals and families living with Chronic Granulomatous Disease (CGD). Healthcare professionals will discuss information regarding living with CGD during sessions on Thursday and Friday. Participants can attend general sessions Friday after the CGD session and all day Saturday.

Scholarships & Childcare
There are scholarship opportunities for the special symposia for registration and hotel, and limited travel available for individuals and families with CGD. To apply, you must be diagnosed or have an immediate family member diagnosed with CGD and attend the Special CGD Symposium. Scholarship includes IDF 2017 National Conference Registration (individual or family of 2-4), Conference Childcare and Youth Program, four (4) night hotel accommodations and a family travel scholarship up to $500.

When registering for the conference, be sure to include that you want to attend the Special CGD Symposium and the name of the family member with CGD.

Childcare is available for attendees of this symposium during the Symposium hours on Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, children can participate in the IDF Youth Program.
